Substitutions on mobile order

Looking at mobile order options and many places do not give you the option to omit things like sauces or tomato. This will be an issue for our family, so thinking we may have to order at counter. How strict are they with demanding mobile order only. For example the thanksgiving feast, but no option to omit gravy and you can not really scrape that off lol.

i did see that on mobile order, but all things are not listed.. such as sauces, pickles..

I placed a mobile order but asked to speak to a cm before I hit the prepare my food option. The cm made note of my modification to omit the ranch dressing and verified the rest of the dish was plant-based. He just took my order # which is displayed on the app and went back to tell the kitchen of the change. So you can still use mobile and change things, just have to speak with a cm. Better than trying to persuade cm to let you in plus then you are accounted for seating-wise.

Not everyone can mobile order. I’m sure there are accommodations for those unable to or without a smart phone.

Thanks for the great info. I am also a bit of a picky eater when it comes to Mayo, ranch, etc, so this is great news.
