Subsequent contracts??

I bought two contracts with two different use years. I logged in to the site and my second contract is now added to that log in. The sad part, though, is that there are no points listed. I called MS and they can see that I have points but they aren't on my account. She offered to book for me but I really need to learn how to do it myself.

I am confident that Disney hates me.

Is this new? Do I not have to activate it?
 
When did you purchase? When did the contract first show up? It takes a couple days to get the points loaded.

It recorded on December 10th. Disney had everything on the 17th according to the tracking number. I paid MF on the 22nd. They say that everything was in on the 28th. I've been logging in but I only ever saw the one contract. Today the second one showed up with no points. I thought that I would have to wait for the letter and call for the activation code but they said that they can now add contracts directly to my DVC account.

Here is another question: On my screen is has a picture of Kidani villas. Is that the default picture for AKV or does that mean I purchased Kidani?

probably default.

you'd have to look at your unit number to figure out what building you technically own at. but...there is no difference in what you can book - there is only one AKV resort with 2 buildings...
 

It used to be and probably still is different people that set up the accounts. First the account is set up then the points are added. It's nothing new.

I bet the points show up sometime tomorrow, but, with the holiday, give it until Monday afternoon before you freak out and start calling.

AKV is AKV; both Jambo and Kidani.

I really hope that they show up soon. I like to book something sometime. I can get 4 nights. I don't know if I should waitlist, stalk (or both,) or just use my other contract's points to at least have something. I know that the kids don't want to stay at BLT but I'm sure that they would prefer that over HoJo's. :) I'd prefer not to move though.
 
If there are banked points on your resale purchase, those won't show on-line and you have to call to use those (unless they've fixed it).
 
I logged in and I didn't have my points. I checked my availability (again) for November and there they were. Yippee!!

I agree with others, that is probably a default image. Look at the paperwork from your purchase and find your Unit number. If it is 56 or lower, you bought points in a Unit in Jambo House. If it's higher than 56, you bought into a Unit in Kidani.

OK, so your Unit is in Kidani. If it was in Jambo House, I could tell you exactly where it is located. I tracked the Units in Jambo as they were declared and plotted them on a map of the resort. I got a kick out of passing by my little piece of Jambo House after we bought our AKV add-on there.

I don't have the Unit maps for Kidani unfortunately. A couple of DISboard members tracked those Units and posted some maps here but I have lost the link to them. If I can find them again, I'll post a link so you can see where in Kidani your Unit is located.
 
After a bit of digging I found it! However, this Unit map of Kidani was never completed by the DISer who was maintaining it but he did a lot of work taking it as far as he did. At the time of his last update, Unit 91 was not yet broken out into sub-Units A, B, etc. but it shows the general location of your Unit to be on the 4th floor of Kidani, facing the Pembe Savanna on one side and the Sunset Savanna on the other.

We recently closed on BLT, additional resale contract added to our login. One Saturday morning the contract was there, but no points! I flipped out for a second, then took a deep breath, and decided to wait.. (after double checking my sales agreement). A few hours later, all points were loaded. There just seems to be a delay between loading of contract and points visible. We had no banked points..

Setting up a new contract is done by more than one person. The contract is entered first, then the points are loaded.
