Subscribed Forums/New Messages

Is there a way to get an email notification for the new messages posted in my subscribed forums....not the threads I've subscribed to but the entire forum.

Or is there a way to set the "New Posts" to only show those from my subscribed forums?

There should be a setting under your UserCP that you can update.
When I first signed up it was subscribing me to all threads and sending me emails like crazy. I went under my UserCP and there was an option about updating thread subscriptions and notifications, etc.
