Submarine Time Frame Question

I'm going to book the Grand Cayman Atlantis Submarine because we have other plans at Cozumel. But I was just curious, the time-frame for Grand Cayman's Expedition is 1.5 hours and Cozumel's is 2-2.5 hours. Is this including the travel time from the Magic to the Submarine? If so, then how long are you actually on the submarine?

I am not sure i am remembering correctly, but it seems like it was forty five or fifty minutes actually on the sub when we went in GC.
