Ok. I ahve not been on VMK is awhile, and I was looking at Wants and Trade Boards.

How do you get Stitch Ears and Pirate hat? I just know the Stitch ears are from booking a vacation at DL or something

Stitch hat you are right about, you have to book a hotel at WDW or DLR.
Pirate hat: I have no clue...

Pirate Hat with seagull was a given on the VMK Tours at DL and WDW.

Yes, the pirate was NEVER given out anywhere. It was not beta, was not quest and was never a prize of any kind. Just so that part is clear

From what I've been reading, the Stitch hat was for booking a trip to
Disneyland only.

The pirate hat (with the eyepatch, not the seagull) was a tester item that
somehow ended up on the player Baby when he created his character in
the earliest days of Beta.

There's no concrete news on when that pirate hat will be released.
