Do I make reservations for the T Rex restaurant through the restaurant or the the Disney ADR number?

T-Rex does not take reservations, according to the DIS dining webpage.

Try going to "dining" at the top of this page and then seaching for T-rex. you should be able to pull up a complete menu for the restaurant.

You can call them direct for a reservation. Google it for the number.

They started taking reservations in January. But by direct contact only, not through Disney Dining.

Yes, you can make reservations directly through the restaurant--not through Disney. I just made my June 14 dinner reservation a few minutes ago.
