Stupid question that I should know the answer to!

So my 180 day is Monday the 21st, as we are checking in Oct. the 18th. Under the 180+ 10, does that mean I can make ADRs Monday for dates through the 27th or the 28th...basically I am asking if your first day counts as a day or not...does that even make sense?

On all of our past trips, which were prior to MDE, we were able to book our arrival day plus the next 10 days for a total of 11 days online.

However...for our upcoming trip (first time using MDE) we couldn't book online, but when we called, the CM was only able to book the first 10 days, including arrival day. I don't know if this is the new norm or if there was glitch.

Thank you! We also had that glitch last time but I am hoping we can do it online this time. I think it's very hit or miss!

Just for completion sake, once again MDE would not let me book 180+10, but would let me do 180+7, which I haven't seen before. Of course, even those days weren't able to be booked online because the website was having trouble. Anyway, DH called and spent a total of 54 minutes (on hold for over 30) but did get all our ADRs booked, including BOG for a party of 9 so I am happy! I just wish they would eventually get MDE to work the way it is supposed to work!
