Stupid Question of the Week....Luggage!

I understand you are instructed to have your luggage outside your room by 11pm. My question is, what if you don't? What if you just want to keep your own luggage with you? I mean, with all the equipment that the teens I will be traveling with need in the morning, like curling irons, cosmetics, clothes, the night clothes they have on, hair products, etc, wouldn't it jsut be easier to keep their suitcases, or at least one?

Oh definitely keep your CARRY-ON bags with you but DO leave the big bags out the night before. It just takes a little planning ahead. And don't forget to keep clothes and shoes for the next morning. You can rearrange things after you get your bags out of customs the next morning.

You don't want the girls dragging their big suitcases off the ship, it's a major pain, let the porters take those the night before.

Technically, you can keep it with you, but it will one heck of a pain to lug it all off the ship. Remember, you have to bring all your stuff with you to breakfast in the morning and there is not that much room between tables for a bunch of suitcases.

Your best bet would be to keep one small suitcase and pack all you morning essentials in that one. That is what we did and it made it so much easier.
