Stupid question as a resale owner

I am a new lowly resale owner. I am looking to book a cruise on the Wish when bookings open. We are only silver members.
Silver opens May 26.
DVC members open May 25. Do I have to be a blue card holder to book May 25?

The reservation system doesn't know the difference between blue and white cards.

No online booking for DVC members on May 25, you have to call.

You wouldn’t be able to book the DVC special sailing because someone in the cabin must book with points and resale owners are not allowed to use points for cruises.
