Stupid Question About Tickets

Good Morning to everyone. I have a couple of silly questions. While planning our latest WDW trip my 8 year old god daughter came up to me and asked me how many day we were doing at Universal. I initially told her none because I had asked everyone and no one wanted to, well during that time she discovered Harry Potter. Sigh so $800 later I am the owner of 4 2 park 1 day tickers and what I assume to be their CS meal plan. They very promptly mailed me what I assume to be the tickets and here are my questions. Are the theater size ticket things they sent me the actual tickets or do they have to take them somewhere to exchange? The same goes for the meal vouchers. These things look awfully small to be the actual meal vouchers. While I can plan a trip to WDW in my sleep I am rather helpless at US.

I've only bought my pass online, and had to go to a kiosk to get my pass. If you bought the tickets from Universal, then print them out, and that print out has the bar code to scan at the gate. Also, I have only bought the quick service meal deal at a store inside the park. I guess you'll have to trade your print out meal ticket for the credit card size card. I think you can do it at the restaurant you want to eat at, when you check out. Otherwise, there are many carts and other guest service places selling the meal deals, you can always stop by and ask how to redeem. Or if you already were sent the credit card size card, you are already set. It's not that small, as it is used just like a credit card at the food places.

Have fun. The potter areas are awesome and I'd start with the potter areas in IOA before taking the train over to potter in the Studios. The potter area in IOA is more crowded, and most seem to think it follows the books in better order by doing IOA's first. It is where the castle is. The London area outside the Studio's potter area is also fun to see. London side has the purple bus.

Yeah, any 1 day park ticket, to any amusement park, is expensive. I'd get there before park open and stay the whole day until close. There's so much to do besides the potter areas in both parks.

Lucky kid!

Thank You they mailed me what I call tickets which are small roughly the size of a theater ticket and paper. I do wish she had discovered Harry Potter 3 months earlier but I am a little evil her parents told her it was to expensive so she came to me.

Then I would say your tickets are live and can go right to the turnstiles. They may ask you to sign, so be ready to. If names not already on them, I would write a name, as you do not want to mix tickets once you have entered by linking your finger print with your ticket at the turnstile.

The size sounds right and the paper is treated so is more durable than just paper. That is what my pass was made of until they finally went back to plastic. My paper pass got dirty from use over several years.

Ah, well I stand, still a lucky kid she is. My kids are much older, but they also had me going to Universal at the end of the year when I thought we were only doing Disney. Pricey 3 nights and 4 days, but we had a great time. Both had read and saw the Potter story years ago, and are still fans.
