Stupid question about park hours

We'll be there 4/4-4/9. On April 6 the MK has the "extra magic hours" at night. The posted park hours are 9:00 - 9:00. Does this mean the park is open until midnight if we want to get a wristband and take advantage of the later hours.

Yes, the EMH would be 9pm-midnight if the posted park closing time is 9pm.

At one time do they start giving out the wrist bands?

They start giving out wrist bands approx. 2 hours before schedule closing at different places around the park. The hub is where we got ours.
