Stupid Car Rental ?

First, I don't drive but I'm in charge of our upcoming family vacation planning (which includes 9 members, 7 adults, 2 children ages 4 & 7). I am presently doing the research on the car rental, my question, I have the Entertainment card (which got me a great deal at our hotel) and was wondering if I can make the reservation for the car rental even though I won't be driving? Its no big deal I can have my niece do the rental but I wanted to know about just making the reservation. Thanks for any info on this.

I would make the reservation in the name of the person who will be driving the car. I just rented in December and I don't think I had to give a credit card number when I made the reservation but it was required when I completed the rental at their counter.

The person renting the car is the person that needs to pick it up, the cc has to be in the name of the person picking the car up.
You can, however, use the code from your Entertainment card for the rental.
