Stuffed Mickey & Minnie in Saving Mr Banks

Hi Disney collectors,

I was hoping you can help me identify the stuffed Mickey & Minnie in Walt Disney's office in the movie Saving Mr Banks. The pair is sitting on a shelf to the right of Walt's desk. They look look they may be the Steiff Mickey & Minnie, but I'm no expert on vintage Disney plush.

I researched a little more. Now I think the Mickey / Minnie pair may be a Charlotte Clark set. I just love the vintage look of these guys. Real vintage Minnies and Mickeys are waaaaaaay out of my price range. So it looks like I have two options if I want a set:

1) Buy a reproduction set made by Applause from ebay. They made a limited edition 1930s Charlotte Clarke Minnie and Mickey in the 1990s.

2) Buy a reproduction McCalls pattern #91 (designed by Charlotte Clark) and hand make my own Minnie Mickey set.

What to do?
