Stuff at the BCV Studios

We're getting ready for our first DVC trip in June and the wife wanted to know what is found in the room. Specially she wants to know if there is a hairdryer. I found some stuff in the membership book but could anyone tell us what we can find in a studio- how many towels are provided, how many shampoo, soap, toilet paper? Do they provide enough soap, towels, and toilet paper for 4 people staying in the room? Thanks in advance!

It's been awhile since I stayed in a studio, but yes, I think there is a hair dryer there. If not, ask for one.

There will be enough towels for four people.

There will be enough toilet paper. There is extra in the bathroom cabinet.

Soap and shampoo are maybes. How long are you staying? If it is more than a day or so, bring your own. As a member you do not have daily housekeeping unless you pay extra for it.

We just stayed in BCV Studio about 2 weeks ago. We had 4 sets of towels and wash clothes. Like 2 small bottles of Mickey Shampoo, 2 or 3 bars of soap. A small bottle of Dish Liquid. A sponge. A dish towel. 4 glass tumblers (2 large, 2 small), 4 coffee cups, 4 bowls , 4 plates, and some utensils. No condiments. We took extra salt and pepper packets from Beaches & Cream. There were two rolls of toilet paper, and on Wednesday (we stayed Sunday to Sunday), we were given another roll of tp and a set of towels. We were still in the room, when Trash & Towel service showed up (11am).

You should have everything you need.

We stayed in studio 1/18-1/23/04 and the only thing we were missing was a corkscrew!

We knew there should have been one in the unit so we called mousekeeping and they sent one right up.

Plus, when they say towels for four, they mean, four large bath towels, four facecloths and two hand towels. Also, one tub mat.

And there is definitely a hairdryer! If it is the same as those in the other DVC resorts, it is a wall mounted model.
