Studio Rooms at Wilderness Lodge Villas - need help - not happy with experience

I found this thread hilarious as I'm sleeping in 3562 right now. I'm on the pullout with our oldest and my wife is on the regular bed. The first thing she noticed when we walked in the room was the mattress. She sat on the bed to call the front desk and noticed it was tilting.

Hope you will call and ask to have something done about the bed while you are there if you haven't already.

I think that they got new sofa beds within the last 2-3 years. I remember seeing new furniture come in one September, maybe it was 2008.

And they were starting to get the flat screen tv's which included some new cabinets in Nov 2009.

I've checked the dates on the sofas and yes, we were there in September 2008.

Please call and do something if there's a problem with your villa that can be fixed. We have been very very pleased with our VWL stays and sometimes we do call because there are problems. I really like the ambiance of the VWL vilas, to me it's perfect and we mostly stay in studios.

With the exception of some minor maintenance things, which I reported, I have never had a problem at VWL.
