Studio Refrigerators

Can anybody tell me if the refrigerators in the studios (particularly AKV) have small freezer compartments or are they all refrigerator. I think at some of the resorts they had no freezer section. We like to freeze water bottles and bring them into the park in a very small soft side ice chest.

I think all the studio refrigerators have a small freeser, but they don't always freeze very well.

The studio fridges at AKV have freezers, but they do not freeze well. Last week, we put two water bottles in the freezer, and they never froze, even after four days. Not even a little slushy...

The freezer will fit a couple of small ice cube trays. If you adjust the temp knob they will freeze. We turned ours up all the way and even the refrigerator section froze.

Yes, locations will vary by resort, but there are ice machines. For instance, at OKW, there is ice near every bus stop and in all the laundry rooms by the pools.

That always happen to us too. As soon as we get there we turn it all the way up and put our soda and water bottles in it, the next day half are frozen and the other half are slushie.

At SSR....we had the water bottles freeze in the refrigerator section and the fudgcicles NOT freeze in the freezer compartment

Oh, we tried to adjust the knobs. We were there during the heat wave a couple of weeks ago, and the water from the fridge was warm within a few minutes after we got outside. We wanted desperately to have cold water, so we tried the freezer. (Our friends in a 1-bedroom were able to freeze theirs.) It just never worked for us.

Are ice cube trays provided ?? Or do I need to get a couple....but I guess if the freezer doesn't work ....and ice is provided at Kidani somewhere...trays are a mute point. Sorry I have ninedaystotripitis.
