studio pull-out size

Do any studios have queen size pull-outs or are they all double sized?

All studios feature a full size sleeper sofa, except for OKW which offers two queen size beds.

As a point of reference my DH is 5'7" and about 270#....precious pooh sized man....anywho, he liked the pull out and slept on it every night while there. At home we have a king and sleep together.....he said he was on "vacation"...
