Studio:lock-off v. Dedicated?

Is there an advantage to having either a lock-off studio or a dedicated studio? The only pro/con I can think of is potentially more noise escaping through the adjoining door of the lock-off, but I don't even know if that's really an issue. If it matters, I'm particularly wondering about AKV, but I imagine the issues are the same regardless of resort. Thanks!

Potential of a lower risk of noise gives dedicated a minor advantage but otherwise the AKV studios are the same inside. Also, you can get dedicated studios only in Jambo because Kidani has none
