Am I right that in a studio there's 2 beds? actually 1 bed and a sofa?
How about the 1bedrooms? 2 seperate beds or 3?
(Im not at home w/my guidebook)

OKW studios have 2 beds but not a sofa.
Haven't rented a 1 bedroom, but they seem to have 1 bed and then a pull-out in the living room.

OKW studio has 2 queen beds
The other on-site DVC has 1 queen bed and a pull-out sofa

One bedrooms have 1 king bed in the bedroom and a pull-out sofa in the living/ kitchen room.

I believe that...

the pull out sofa in the studio is a double bed size and is a queen size in the 1 bedroom villa.

If anyone know if this is correct or incorrect please post. I have read different information on the size of the pull out.

is there space in a studio to sleep someone on the floor?
(this would be a 4th person)

With the sofa bed pulled out, no. If you brought two separate twin size air mattresses then yes, they could both be on the floor infront of the sofa. The studio, is rather small IMO compared to a regular deluxe sized room. It is slightly narrower and there is no room for anyone to sleep, since to open the sofa bed, you have to find a home for the coffee table.

The only time we were in a studio was a VWL and I didn't care for it. Too dark and cramped for my taste.

I love our one bedrooms as they give us plenty of room to spread out, the tub is to die for, and having a full kitchen is great.

Boardwalk is home, but we are tyring out OKW in May and I'm really looking forward to it. From what I've seen on the DVC site those rooms look huge!

The one bedroom in the OKWest are far bigger then the other DVC units.

We are spoiled by it; I wish they'd have made SSR the same size but alas they aren't.

We just stayed in a studio at OKW and there was plenty of room for the air mattress. My kids won't sleep in the same bed (to be fair, the 8-year old is an octupus in bed and my 11-year old won't have any part of it!) so we brought the air mattress from home.

Anyway....there was plenty of room either between the bed and the patio door, or at the foot of the beds. We just slipped the air mattress under one of the beds during the day.

I don't have any info on studios at the other resorts though.....

HTH's!

Depending on the size of the people involved you could have one sleep on the sofa without opening it - just take the sheets off and use them over the cushions and then have the other person on an air bed on the floor. We did that when the children were pre teens- now the 6'2" son doesn't fit that well so we get bigger units or stay at OKW where we had a closet one time that was big enough to put an air bed in. In a 1BR at OKW we also put one person on the pull out sofa and the other used the cushions off the sofa and love seat so there are many ways to make room for those who won't share a bed.
