Is universal like wdw; where we can only bring strollers certain places. Meaning u cant wait in line with stroller.

Yep, same deal. You have to park your stroller outside the rides...can't bring them in the lines.

^Correct. This is due to the fire marshall. Disney follows that rule too.

What if your stroller is being used a wheelchair? When we went to WDW we were able to get a handicap stamp for our stroller that allowed us to take the stroller all the way through the lines as if it was a wheelchair.

Does Universal do this?
