Hi, everyone!

I'm torn. I can't decide on a lightweight stroller for my lil princess: . I want one that reclines and isn't too heavy. I don't want to spend a fortune on it, cause I have a full-size travel system. I have been looking at Maclaren Volo, Mia Moda facile, and Mia Moda cielo.

Please help!

I don't know much about the ones you are looking at, but thought I would point you to a thread where they have all been discussed. It has lots of info on strollers. I have the Zooper Twist and really like it. I am so glad I got it for our disney trip and did not use the travel system stroller as it would have been to big for disney buses.

The Volo doesn't recline, so you can knock that one off your list. I'm not at all familiar with the other two models.

Volo doesn't recline, but the Mac Triumph does. I'm researching new strollers right now, too!

I purchased a Perego P3 from www.albeebaby.com

It reclines, has a large canopy, has two position footrest, rear footboard and it's large enough for my 4.5 yr old niece.

I have an Inglesina Swift that I really like. It's lightweight, folds like an umbrella stroller, reclines (2 positions) and handles well. I'm also a taller person (5'9",) and the handles are high enough for me (but they are 2 separate handles as opposed to one bar, so they would work for a shorter person, as well.) The only thing that stinks is that the canopy is about worthless (but you could always get a sunshade.) I tried to post a link, but I don't have 10 posts yet. Just Google it.

I looked at the Peg Perego P3 also, but it was just out of my price range. Good luck!

I'm leaning toward a Mac Triumph or Volo. I own a Peg Aria OH and I don't like it. Just in case you look at those!

Just note that you can't hang bags off the back of a Mac or it will tip.

I bought a Peg Aria for our last trip. I love it and it's the perfect WDW stroller for us. It reclines, has a decent canopy, snack tray, storage basket, and is very lightweight. It has a one-handed fold and it even has a handle to carry it once folded. The only thing I don't like is that you can't access the basket if the baby is reclined.

Thanks everyone for your responses. I will check out that other stroller thread.

We just got back from WDW a few weeks ago with 2 Mac Volos. There were GREAT! And we DID hang things from the handles and had no problems with tipping when the boys got out of them. (We hung insulated lunch bags from the handles to use as drink and snack holders! They were are also a GREAT addition).

Lots of stroller choices out there. Carefully consider YOUR needs to make your decision. Lots of the strollers have great features, but you may/may not need all of them. (We have the Volos because we didn't need all the bells and whistles of some of the other strollers.)

I just bought a Mac Techno single and double (ebay so much cheaper than in stores). I am already using the single. It is so much lighter than my double graco. The double should be here tuesday. I went with the Mac cause I have a 4 year old over the weight limit of a lot and the Mac goes up to something like 55 pounds. It does lay flat, has a carry handle. Great sun shade (my two DD's are redheads)that actually has a zip out portion to make it cover even farther. Comes with a raincover (saves me buying one). But they are not inexpensive in the stores. Do seem to have really good resale value though. I will use the single for my 1 year old. Haven't decided if I will keep the double after the trip or not. We have an old graco front to back double. My 3 year old still likes to ride when we go places like the zoo, amusement park etc. so I may keep it for a year and then sell it.
