Strollers...does Disney still offer them onboard?

In September, strollers were available at Guest Services. They place a $200 charge on your KTTW account, then refund it when the stroller is returned.

At Castaway Cay, they have wagons. I've never seen strollers there (at least that I remember now). Wagons are on a "first come, first served" basis as are beach wheelchairs.

Do they have stroller just for port days or can you borrow them for the whole trip?

You can use it for the whole trip. It's up to you when you pick it up and when you return it. Each time you retunr you are refunded the $200 and then charged again when picking it up the next time.

They are not small so they do take up room in the cabin and can not be slide under the bed. We folded ours and stored it in the tub. Our DD is older this time so we are debating bringing an unbrella stoller instead.
