Strollers at DTD?

Does anybody know if you can rent strollers at DTD? It is listed on the allearnet site but can't find out where. I know you can buy one in the toy store but what about renting?

Strollers can be rented at Downtown Disney at the following places:

Guest Relations in the Marketplace
Guest Relations on the West Side and
The Mouse House on Pleasure Island.
