We're thinking of renting a Citi Mini double for our trip in October. We noticed on one of the rental web sites that the weight limit was 100 pounds. Combined DS and DD together are about 103 pounds. We don't plan on having the kids all the time, mainly for breaks and parades. We'll also have me to play pack mule so the stroller will just be hauling the kids. Are the strollers strong enough to hold up?

TIA

They are strong enough. However, it might be a tight fit for your kids. My DS just turn 4 and is a little over 30lbs. He has to haunch his shoulders a bit to sit back. He's not that tall yet so his head still fits under the shade. He's not quite 40".

My 15 month old however fits perfectly :)

My kids are around 45". We might have to look into another option.

One of the rental companies rents the city elite. The seats are taller but the same easy fold. My daughter is 42 inches and has room still.
