Stroller Rental

We are planning a trip to the Tokyo Disney Resort for October. My wife and I will be taking my 9 yr old son with Down syndrome. When we have traveled to WDW, we rent a stroller from Orlando Strollers. They have ones that can accommodate larger children with disabilities. I know Tokyo Disney Resort offers stroller rentals, but my son is too large. Can anyone recommend a stroller rental place that delivers to your hotel? We are likely staying at the Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay. Thanks!
