Hi,

Do you know if there is double stroller for rent ?If so, what is the rate ? Also, I kind of remeber there is multiday stroller rental in WDW. Is this the same as Disneyland ?

Thanks:cool1:

Yep, free with a Disney Visa, or $10 per day. No doubles, but last time I had to rent 2 (for my oldest son and niece in 2002), you got a small discount on the 2nd one, maybe like $2 off. Not sure about the multiday thing.

Why not get a Disney Visa? There are lots of great rewards. If you are interested, I would love to refer you, just PM me and I can give you info on that as well. I love my Disney Visa. Plus you get discounts in some shops at DLR with your purchase by just showing your card.

I closed my disney visa, but I think I still have it. Do they run it before they rent strollers or do you just have to flash it?

Wanted to talk about the multiday rental. If you can't use your visa and you know you want a certain number of days of rental, tell them. You don't get a monetary discount, but if you pay for the days you want up front, they give you the tickets, for lack of a better word, for each day in a little envelope, along with your receipt. So after the first day, you do not have to wait in line to rent the stroller. You just take the receipt and proper "ticket" up to the person doling out the strollers, show them to the person, and they hand over a stroller. If you save your big nametag to use on future days, the process is even quicker (though they'll give you a new one happily if that's what you wish).

It saves time, and for mornings in Disneyland, that's priceless!

They look at it and make sure the experation date has not passed on the card and check your ID. I never rent in disneyland to long of a wait I always go to california and then back in disneyland I go.

Thanks for all the help.

I would love to apply for the visa but I don't think they accept Canadian application, too bad.

:yay:

You know, the best thing I did, was to buy a sit and stand stroller cheap on Craigslist. We just checked it like luggage at the airport.
It was great, because you never had to stand in line to pick up a stroller, and it was invaluable for walking home from the park, when everyone was exhausted. Even though we stayed "across the street", it is a long walk back to the hotel at the end of a long day!
I just resold the stroller when we got home, and so it didn't cost us a thing.

Does this work for the Visa deal too? Can you do multiday and get your "tickets", or do you have to stand in line each day with your Visa card?

Thanks,

THanks Jairy,

I end up buying one of the sit and stand stroller on craigslist - just as you have suggested.
I got the Peg Perago Pliko 3 which apprently is a very hot stroller. I was the first one to reply to the seller with 10 minutes of posting. After that the seller said she got a least 10 more e-mails - so I guess I will have no problem selling it back at the same price.
