Stroller rental with Visa

I know when Strollers were free for Disney Visa card holders you needed to stand in line each day. Now that Visa card holders get a discount are we able to purchase length of stay vouchers? Has anyone tried this?

I have a second stroller question I hope one of you Disneyland experts can help me with. If a stroller is rented in the AM, and then we leave the park, when we come back in the evening do we need to rent another one or can we just pick up another one with our receipt?

I don't know about the length of stay question - I think I remember someone saying that you can't do that w/the discount, but not sure. As far as getting another one w/your receipt later, I don't see why not - they always tell you to hold onto your receipt in case you can't find your stroller later.

When we were there last September, we had to stand in line each day to get the discount. They said they couldn't do the extended day vouchers with the Visa discount...bummer! But it's worth asking when you get there just in case they've changed their policy.

And yes, you can get new strollers throughout the day/evening with your receipt. They also advised you to take your name thing out of the sleeve to save time when you pick up your new stroller - you can just show your receipt to the stroller collection people standing out there accepting the returns, slip your name into the pocket of the new stroller, and you're off.

You can also just look for a stroller sitting around without a name card in it if you save your name card. Sometimes people don't bother returning them.

Thanks for the information. I will ask again about a Visa discount with length of stay rental vouchers when I go. Maybe I will get luckly and the policy will change. I will let you know if it does. It always comes down to time vs money with these types of discounts. Thanks again.

.

DANG that's a pain..:crazy2:

Anyone know if that is still the case this year?

Also will likely need two strollers, so according to the DL site they'll discount to $25 instead of $30..So will the visa discount be $12.50 a day for 2?

Also , how do you get the extened day vouchers?

Thanks!

You get a 50% discount on the strollers, they are $15 so the price would be $7.50. I see what you are talking about on the DLR website about 2 strollers for $25.00, I doubt they will give 50% off of that price, but I could be wrong. I would go prepared to pay $15 for both and if you get the $12.50 price then it will be a bonus! :goodvibes

For the length of stay passes, I believe that is something you purchase in the same line when you are purchasing the stroller, but like everyone else has said, I don't think they offer it w/ the Visa discount.

Hey Thanks for the Info Kayla'sMom ! Remember a few years back when it was free with the Visa...ahh well !
Have a Joovy sit and stand, but fear it might get snagged if I brought into the park. Was just going to use it to get to the park from the hotel and have them store it.

Might just go with some cheapo strollers at this point..I'm driving so bringing an extra stroller won't be too bad.

Anyone have any ideas for a cheapo stoller for a 5 year old that isn't that uncomfortable.

Thanks again!
