Does anyone know if you can rent a stroller at Disneyland and then park hop to California Adventure with it? We will be going in December and are trying to decide if we should bring our own or just go ahead and get our Disney Visa freebie stroller.

Any info is appreciated,
Kathy

We just flashed our Disney Visa and used the one's at the park. If I remember right we had to leave it in the park that we rented it in, but when you go over to DCA you just show them your receipt and they'll give you another free. But to use the free one's or bring your own depends on whether or not you're going to be walking from your hotel and how far that will be with a tired little one. ;)

You can take them from park to park. You used to have to get a new one (show your receipt and they give you a new one) if you hopped. Its no longer like that. You can take them back and forth, but you can't take them past the security tents- so you can't take them in to downtown Disney or back to your hotel.

Depending on the age of your child/ children and how much stuff you carry back and forth to the park, it might be a good idea to bring your own.

Yes , hlbtimes2 is right. We just got back and park hopped with the same stroller. The Disney Visa free stroller is great. 5 days in DL plus the halloween event = $54.00 saved! :thumbsup2

Thanks for the replies everyone! It really sets my mind at ease since we are going during the holidays, and I don't want to turn in a stroller and then find out that they have run out of them at the other park.

This is correct! We were just there last week and could take the strollers from park to park. :thumbsup2
