Do they still rent at a discount if you prepay all of your days?
Can anyone give me the prices, either per day or for 4 days for a single?

Thanks!!!

Hi,
Stroller rentals are indeed discounted if you rent for your number of days.
It's $10 for singles and $18 for doubles per day. If you rent for numerous days you save $2 per day so it would be $8 and $16. Also it's much faster after the first day to rent for the extent of your vacation. Hope this helps!

We're going with my niece's baby and family in Nov. Would we be better off with an umbrella stroller or are the one's at WDW suitable for a young child? She is petite. Just don't know how comfortable she will be. And I don't want a cranky baby!

There are pictures of the strollers here: http://allearsnet.com/pl/strol_faq.htm

Hopefully that will help you decide what would be best for you! :thumbsup2

The rentals are not all that comfortable - they are made of hard plastic, have no harnessing to hold the child in and have no cushioning whatsoever. If you are still refering to the child as a "baby" then I would think they are too small to use a rental. IMO I think minimum age that would work well for a rental 18 months or so.

Be brought our umbrella stroller back in January for my (at the time) 16 month old son.

The strollers AT WDW looked fine, and he would have been quite comfortable. What influenced our decision was actually the fact that...well...you can only use the rented stroller IN the parks. We wanted something that we could also use going to and from our resort (the Contemp), to and from the bus stops, and around the resorts we would be visiting (the Poly, AKL, etc), and around the airport. Because of all that, we decided it would be better to bring our own.

We bought 2 cheapo umbrella strollers for our trip last year - paid $10 apiece for them. I was obviously cheaper than renting, and then we had use of them in the airports and resort area.

My kids were 2 & 3 for the last trip a year ago and we are going again in 3 weeks. I still have the strollers and am planning on using them again. My son is very tall for his age, and hates using a stroller. I am bringing it anyway since I know about an hour into MK touring, he's going to be HOT and TIRED and will want to sit and be pushed around like a king. ;)

I think for a child 16 months old, I would bring one simply because you aren't touring a park all the time, and it's nice to have one at the resort also.

Sorry for high jacking the OP's thread. Really didn't mean to do it, but I think they got info on their question.

And to all, thanks for the stroller info. Think we will probably go with the umbrella stroller. Can you tell we've never been to WDW with a munchkin :confused3 But we are really excited :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc
