Stroller rental company

Anyone ever stayed at Hojo and used a rental company to rent a stroller? I was wondering if there is one that doesn't charge a delivery charge or one that's highly recommended?

The only one I'm aware of is travelbabess....never used them though. Not sure about delivery fees.

We used travelbabees our last trip. I was supposed to get the Peg Perego P3 but they delivered a Graco Quattro Tour instead. I would have been okay with that EXCEPT the harness straps were broken and unusable. Of course we were headed over to the parks then. I called and left a message and sent an email. They sent a text my husband back and made arrangements to drop off another stroller. It was a Peg Perego, though not a P3. It however was usable, the stroller was a bit stained but seemed like it had been recently washed. They did give a partial refund.

The other issue we had was we ordered diapers from them and they did not deliver them. The told us after we called about it that they were out of stock in the size we had ordered. They refunded us without a problem but I was still stuck having to go buy diapers. I would have preferred if they called ahead of time. I could have either chosen a different brand or planned ahead better. As it was I had enough diapers to get through one day with a few extras. Luckily we had a car but I still wasn't planning on running to the store our first night in.

All in all I would use them again but I would call to confirm your order before your trip.

Scooter Village, which is located at the Ramada Maingate, sometimes has strollers for rent out front. I haven't paid attention everytime I've been walking by but I did see them soemtimes.

I used travelbabees and had a great experience. But, I used the San Diego branch, the OC/LA one is seperate. They do charge a delivery fee, but I picked mine up so it was free. Would you have the option of going to pick the stroller up? I rented the double BOB and it worked out great!
