Stroller Rental Co. that Deliver When You Aren't Present?

I'm looking into our stroller rental for mid-October. We're staying in a townhome in Windsor Hills. Currently, I have a rental through Apple Strollers, but they make me a little nervous due to mixed reviews I've read and the fact that someone just posted that they may or may not even deliver to WH anymore. So I'm trying to find a Plan B. We are arriving very late (10 pm or so) on our arrival night, and hoping to head to a park first thing in the morning, so I would love to find a company willing to leave the stroller even if we aren't there. In looking, it appears A Baby's Best Friend does this. Does anyone know if any others do as well?

I just used Orlando stroller rentals and they dropped it off before we were there. They left it with bell services and we picked it up when we were ready. No problems at all!

Thanks for the reply! Sorry, I should clarify that I know they would leave it before we're there if we were staying on property. But bc we'll be in a townhome at WH, I wasn't sure who would. A Baby's Best Friend says on their website that they leave it on a back porch or lanai. Wondering who else would, if anyone?!
