This October we will be taking a 4.5 yr old and 1.5 year old to WDW. We have always brought our own stroller in the past, but now debating whether to bring our own comfortable single stroller for the 1 year old who will nap in it often and rent a Disney single stroller for the 4 year old. I am new to the whole stroller renting thing though... do they still rent a length of stay at a lower cost? We are staying 7 nights, so if I do rent a length of stay and we end up not using all the days, can we get a refund? I was researching old posts to try and find these answers and while doing that I came across www.abbf.com . They appear to have nice, reclining double strollers for half the price of Disney's and we would have them 24 hours a day (not just in the parks). The one thing from reading their website that I don't really like is that they say can expect to pick up the stroller at our hotel by 4pm. We will be arriving around 10am and heading straight to the parks. Does that mean we'll need to rent a Disney stroller our first day anyways? Or should I have the abbf stroller delivered the day before we arrive and just pay for the extra day? Also the pickup time at the end of the rental is 11am. We aren't planning on leaving the parks on our last day until about 2pm. Again so do I rent the stroller for an extra day? Help! :scared1: I love the idea of renting from abbf.com, but their drop off and pickup times just don't seem convenient. Has anyone used this service before and what was your experience with them?

Whoa! What a great idea! I've never heard of this company and just checked out their website. PLEASE post if you've ever used them... I would love to hear how it went. TIA!

When we were there at the end of Sept/first week of October they were still renting with the discount. I don't know if that's changed or not. We did get a refund for the last day as we didn't use the stroller.

I'm not familiar with the rental service. If they drop off and pick up the stroller and they're more comfortable, I'd go for it personally. Just rent a stroller your first and last days, and use the other one for the rest of the time so the kids can be comfortable. If that rental place is any good, be sure to post about it so others can use it! Good luck!

For the Disney rental strollers, it's not "length of stay," it's just multi-day. The stroller folks don't know your length of stay and they don't need to. Singles are $10/day, doubles are $18/day, and when you pre-pay for multi-days there is a $2/day discount.

The rental strollers can't leave the parks.

I have had great service with ABBF in the past but I think it would be easier for your to bring your own stroller for 1 yo and rent for 4yo. I would think you'd want a stroller in the airport for your 1 yo and if you don't plan on going to parks everyday you only need to rent the number of days you need. The park strollers are very easy to push. I would think you would find it easier to manage your own single stroller on the buses than struggling with a double.

When our sons were 4 & 2½ we brought our own Graco Duo-Glider stroller. While it was nice to have at the parks, we found it very cumbersome on the busses. The next time we went we rented the double stroller and brought along a couple of our beach towels for comfort. That really did the trick and we will be doing that on our upcoming trip, except now we have 3 kids, so 1 will have to walk at times.

I would rent from abbf, we have used them twice and have had great service.

Call them, maybe they can do an early delivery or later pick-up so you don´t have to pay for extra days, I guess that if business isn´t hectic those days they might not mind doing it for you.

I am so glad I came across this thread. I had placed an order for a double side by side stroller but did not realize that they would be picking it up so early on our last day. We have a late flight on our last day and plan to be in the parks. I think I will email them and see if we can extend.
