Stroller Organizer vs. Diaper Bag

If we attach something like this:

to our stroller, instead of bringing a diaper bag, will we still need to get in the bag check line?

Probably they always check the saddle bags on my stroller.

Yes. If it has any compartment that zips shut, they will want to open it and look inside. And if you put anything in the pouches that zips or snaps shut, Or have a bag of any kind, they will want to peak inside that too.
