Hi! We are going to Disney World this Spring with our 4 year old and almost 2 year old. I haven't been to Disney World since I was a preschooler and it's the first time for the rest of the family. We are so excited!!! We definitely are planning to use a double stroller. Has anyone had any experiences with the Chicco Cortina Together or Joovy Caboose Ultralight?

We currently have a Chicco Cortina Together which is full sized and quite heavy. It has a lot of storage for snacks though! It weighs 33 lbs so it's fairly hard to put in the trunk, etc by myself. However, my husband will be carrying it onto the shuttles, etc. Are the shuttles doable with a full sized stroller? We're going in early May - will the shuttles be less crowded and easier to board with a double stroller? I guess I'm worried about if there will be room on the buses with strollers. We're staying at Port Orleans Riverside if that makes a difference with the shuttle crowds.

I'm considering purchasing a Joovy Caboose Ultralight because my 4 year old would probably do better with a Sit and Stand style. She loves getting in and out of her seat! It seems like it would be good for the zoo, etc at home too. It weighs a lot less than the Chicco (22 lbs) but I've never been able to test drive it. How maneuverable is it?

Thanks for any opinions/suggestions!

I bought a Joovy Caboose too ultralight, less than a week ago, but so far I like it. It was on clearance at Babies R Us for $130, but I talked them down to $90, couldn't pass it up. I just sold our City mini GT a couple weeks ago and was on the hunt for a double for our next trip. We went to the World back in Nov with 2 strollers; a City mini and a GT(DD30months and DS7 months) and it was miserable. We decided before we went back and were going in Oct, we were getting a double.
But anyways YouTube has some pretty good reviews, and also a website called stroller envy. I haven't had mine long enough to give a good review of it yet but I do like it so far. And for a deal check around if you near a BRU their doing a clearance and also are about to start "the great trade in" event in a few days, if you have anything to trade in they'll give you a 25% off coupon.

My problem with sit n stand type strollers is that the older kid can't sleep in them. Beacause of that we bring a Maclaren double stroller with reclining seats. Both girls can relax and it's lightweight.

I'm not familiar with your Chicco, but we have the Joovy and a single Chicco lightweight stroller. The Joovy has been to WDW and DL with us and done well with kids about 3 years apart. As it is now going on 3 years old, its a little harder to steer at times but it could be because my kids are getting bigger. At DL, my oldest was 5yo and my then baby was almost 2yo. They took turns in the main seat and on the jump seat. The biggest problem we had was the almost 2yo trying to randomly jump out of the jump seat (maybe we should give it a new name). We will take it again this year with our oldest turning 7yo, a 3yo, and a 1yo. I do see advantages of a double with two reclining seats, but we love how light the Joovy is and how easy/compactly it folds.
