I use an ottobock Lisa stroller for my 9 year old son. Being from Nevada we pretty much never have the rain issue and I am wondering what everyone does with wheelchairs/strollers when it rains? His stroller is used as a wheelchair (has tie downs, positioning, etc..) and so I thought to leave out his padding in the chair when it looks like a rainy day but do you put a poncho over it? His stroller is basically wheelchair size. It does come with a rain cover so I'm thinking to bring that to the park and then put it on the stoller and a poncho on my son? I'm glad it never rains here... Any ideas appreciated!

I've only used regular stroller, and I don't know what your stroller looks like, or how big it is, but I've had much success in WDW with a stroller cover like the ones pictured here:

I put mine in the basket of my stroller and left it there all week. When we wanted to go into an attraction and the weather was iffy, I'd simply cover the stroller before we went it. When we came out it would be nice and dry. It was also a lifesaver on days when it poured, my DD was the only one in our party who was happy and dry.

Hope this helps,
