i called the 800 disney # to talk to a dining CM - just to get her thoughts. she said that the restaurants understand that a baby that age can't sit in the disney highchairs & they'd also understand if a baby is sleeping not to wake it so she said they'd definitely let me take a stroller w/ the baby in it into the restaurant & that she herself had done it. although i think i'm pushing things by bringing a double so i may bring a single instead.
STIMPY, I agree re: the carseat in the parks - i really don't want to put her in her carseat for hours - she's 18-19 lbs & would be more comfortable in the stroller itself.
