My 4 yo Autistic DD is 42lbs & @ 46" tall...normally I never use a stroller anymore, but at WDW, especially in the June heat and crowds a stroller might be helpful at the end of the day. Does anyone know of a lightweight stroller that will accomodate my tall kiddo and can fold pretty easily? My DH will not be on this trip, just my Mom & I with DD so I need something that is pretty easy to handle. Thanks!!

DS is also 4 and we just bought a MacClaren Triumph for him. It holds to 55 lbs but will hold more and although his knees are up just a bit, he fits nicely and it is easy to handle, the grips go up, the stroller reclines for a quick nap, it has a rain cover, sun shield, storage bag and we bought it in lime green so we can find our stroller in the sea of dark colours.

About $125 it is a good deal. We only use it for Disney so DS knows when the stroller comes out the magic is about to begin.

It won't fit well next year but he can fold up his legs and hopefully it will just get him around.

And, I'm not sure if you are aware of it, but if having a stroller in line would be helpful to meet his needs, you can request a GAC (Guest Assistance Card) that would allow that. There is a section about GACs in the disABILITIES FAQs thread.
