Stroller for 5 month old

We are taking a day trip to Epcot while visiting family in two weeks. It will be 6 adults and our 5 month old son. As of now we plan to use our travel system stroller with the car seat. He travels well in it.
Should I worry about our system being stollen? We like the idea of if he’s napping we can carry him into a restaurant in the car seat to not disturb him. Also we can fully cover him to shade him, we will have a fan and cooling towels. But plan to utilize ac during the hot part of the day.

should be okay, we had to do summer trips if we wanted one grandson to be able to join us by court order mother could refuse to allow him to join us if during school time. it was too hot in infant part during summer even with fan that we ended up just using a stroller that reclined with 4 month old granddaughter. she did not get enough air even with fan

I wouldn’t really be too worried about it being stolen, I would think without the base it wouldn’t be too tempting. I would probably stick some kind of label on the bottom of the seat just in case if you don’t already have one there.

We had the same car seat (but with the bravo stroller) and found that our baby got wayyyy too hot in it, even with a fan and cover. Covering her often made it worse since it cut down airflow. I would just be very mindful of that.

thank you, since its in two weeks i know it won't be terribly hot but i believe we plan to go to Disney Springs the day before so I'm going to use that as a test day to see how he does, we live in MD so he's done nicely in the stroller with this cooler weather.

I took my daughter when she was 6 months. We just took the stroller, not the car seat. We could lay it back for naps and then I used body wrap/carrier for some longer lines and naps. Remember too that if you are taking a bus, you will have to be carrying both the stroller and car seat, but it sounds like you have plenty of adults to help.

I took my daughter when she was 6 months. We just took the stroller, not the car seat. We could lay it back for naps and then I used body wrap/carrier for some longer lines and naps. Remember too that if you are taking a bus, you will have to be carrying both the stroller and car seat, but it sounds like you have plenty of adults to help.

Thanks! I will put him in the stroller before our trip to see how he does. Since we have so many adults I’m not bringing our wrap, I will enjoy the break and my parents love holding him and brother and sister-in-law haven’t met him so I want to make sure they have plenty of time to hold him! If it was just my husband and I going I would definitely bring a wrap.

bring the wrap also esp as the group could split up. would rather have and not need than to need and not have
