Stroller bag question and Southwest Airline

Does anybody know if the reusable car seat/stroller bag Southwest sells for $15 will fit a side-by-side double stroller? Specifically a baby jogger city mini. And without having to take the wheels off to fit it in.

Are the bag dimensions available to you on their website? If so, Baby Jogger has all their dimensions listed on that website. Maybe that would be a good place to start?
