Stroller and an child w/Atusim.

I agree with all of the other posters who said

'BRING THE STROLLER!!!'

We were in Disney in August and we don't have a stroller for our dd7 anymore. She is also autistic and prone to seizures and by the 3rd day at Disney we were renting a stroller for her. She had a seizure on the 2nd day and we figured it was because she was so hot etc. We got the stroller for her so she could relax and get under the canopy between attractions and this helped immensely!!! The problem we have is that she is a larger child and weighs about 80lbs so we had to get her a double stroller to be more comfortable. This got costly at $27 a day (times 7 days!!!). We are now planning a Dec09 trip and I found a place that rents strollers that have a 100lb capacity and will deliver to your hotel. The cost is $120 a week so I think we will be renting from them on the next trip!

Just want to point out that post #2 of the disABILITIES FAQs thread has information about renting these larger strollers (called Special Needs strollers).
