Hey all. Just returned from a stressful visit to OKW. It didn't have anything to do with Disney or OKW, but it was the most stressful trip I've ever taken. Youngest DD and I went down early and had a great couple of days. Got the building I was hoping for, went to the P&P Party, and had a great time. Then it came time for DW, her parents and my older DD to join us. They were flying Jetblue out of Portland, Maine at 6am. I got a call at 4:13am from a crying DW saying the flight was cancelled. They could get them there on Tuesday (This was Saturday). They decided to rent a car and drive the whole way. None of them had driven south of CT before, so I immediately became the navigator. I got internet access and from my room got them just south of Richmond, VA for that day. The next day they didn't need as much navigation help, but they didn't get to OKW until 7pm or so. That blew two days of the trip. We had one and a half stressfree days until we got a call from our realtor (our house is for sale) saying we had an offer. This was about 4pm and we were at the Magic Kingdom. We had 5:30 dinner reservations at Crystal Palace, so we went over the details of the offer and then went to dinner. After dinner I went to guest relations at MK and they were able to recieve a fax for us, so we then got the offer in our hands. The rest of the night we spent figuring out what we wanted to do with a less the appealing offer. We had breakfast reservations in EPCOT the next morning that we went to and then it was to guest relations for me again to fax our counter offer back before noon. We made it, but the offer was later rejected. On top of that, DW and her mother fought most of the time (I don't think we'll be taking family again) so it certainly wasn't the most relaxed vacation I've ever taken. But hey, a stressful week at Disney is still better than a stressful week at home.
Now for the request. In all of the hoopla, I completely forgot to pick up extra park maps and stuff for scrapbooking. If anyone has extra maps, or if you're going and don't mind picking them up for me, I'd be very appreciative. I'd gladly pay for shipping. As an alternative, I may be doing this scrapbook digitally this year, so I'd take a high resolution scan if someone would be willing to email that to me. Thanks for your help. I'd be glad to answer any questions if there are any.
