Anyone looking for running specific strength training check out Strength Running. The podcast and YouTube channel are good places to start.
What's your goal? Are you recovering from a surgery/injury? That being the case, find a GOOD physical therapist. Insurance usually covers it. Some just do stretching and pain management, but if you are like me that's nowhere near good enough. Find one that will push you and allow you to push yourself. PT appointments are usually 1/week so not a huge time commitment. You can use what you learn there to progress on your own at home both between treatments and once you are done with treatments.I tried to find time for the gym, but I understood that it could last for months, so I decided to do workouts at home. Are there any programs I can follow to keep fit and that don't require every day training?
