Strawberry Viniagrette???

In the Strawberry Viniagrette recipe, it lists "strawberry melba" as an ingredient. Can anyone tell me what this is? And where to get it? Has anyone found strawberry vinegar? If so, in what type of store did you find it?

I've never heard of strawberry Melba. I wonder if it is related to Peach melba?

I did a search and found that a company called Dickinson's makes something they call Pure Strawberry Melba Sauce. I wonder if that is what they mean? They also make a peach melba sauce so I suspect this is a similar thing.

As for the strawberry vinegar - I would suspect that a fancier food store like Whole Foods would carry it. I'm sure you will pay the premium for it, but I'll bet it tastes yummy!
