Strategy to get FP+ for Wishes / Parade

There are some FP options not available until a a fees weeks out. So, if I want one I could wait until they open and make my three FPs at that time. But if I wanted to pick at 60 days, is it advisable to pick some attraction (any attraction) for the time slot that I would eventually want to swap for ones of these late FP options like Wishes. Example, if Wishes is at 9, I might get a FP for Jungle Cruise for 8:30 and then swap Wishes when it opens. I see no way to swap both time and attraction in MDE which tells me I need to have the time booked to be able to swap to an event that only happens at that time.

You able to swap both time and experience as you want as long as they are in the same park and you did not use the fast pass

But you need to be in the park that day? If so, it still means I could not get a Wishes FP by swapping a HM 3:30 pass until that day. Right?

But Wishes opens up a few weeks in advance.
