Strategy Question

Howdy! I've been trying for a little less than a month to get a Tomorrowland Terrace Dessert Party ressie for Saturday 3/19. This is 8 days away! Unfortunately, I've been unsuccessful
I generally try twice a day online, occasionally by phone.

Question: For a very limited and specific ressie like this, does it make sense to try obsessively to get this adr? I'm thinking about stepping up my efforts so that I'll essentially be checking in all day long, everyday, for the next week. For those of you with extensive booking experience, is it likely that something will just happen to open up? Is there a more effective way to enhance my chances of securing this adr with just 8 days to go?

Basically it comes down to what you really want.

I wouldn't spend to much time "stalking" that special ADR. If there is a place I really want to go I may check 1-2 times a day max...nothing more than that.

To me it isn't worth getting all worked up over. This is a vacation....it is suppose to relax you not work you up. At least that is how I see it.

And what happens if you spend a huge amount of time on this and you still don't get it? Is it going to wreck your vacation? Probably not...but it will wreck havoc in your life now.

My advice is if you want it, try daily to get it but don't get carried away with it. The trip is what is important not that one adr.
