Very heavy crowds yesterday at both parks. I wasn't paying much attention to Disneyland fast passes and when they ran out yesterday. Which rides run out first? We were thinking of getting IJ first but maybe Hyperspace Mountain? I just don't know! Both are top priorities.

Getting there at rope drop? I would pull FP for IJ and then do space mountain stand by. It shouldn't be MM at DL this morning so getting there at rope drop will make for a doable standby line, I am assume. So Cal AP block outs open up today, so be aware that crowds will likely get heavy. They've been blocked for a while!

FP will depend on ride capacity and if a ride does down during the day. The lower level APs unblock today. It's also harder to predict what people will do after being blocked for a month. I imagine HMH will be popular because it's closing. Jingle Cruise, which doesn't have FP and HSM has been running out before Star Tours since the overlay.

Thanks for the tips. We walked on Haunted mansion at 8:30, then waited in IJ line which was only 30 min right after that. 20 min small world then 20 min Alice in Wonderland. Great start to the day. It didn't get insanely crowded til around 11:00, I feel.

My husband started the day by running to get FP for space mountain which definitely helped
