Strategy for PS booking on Feb 14

Okay, we will arrive at Long Beach Airport at about 9:30am, drop our stuff at HOJO's, do MIMI's for Breakfast, then head for the parks. This will be a wander and wonder day, as it will be busy for sure. We will collect fast passes as we go, do pictures, catch rides as we want to and lines will allow. However, we won't be in the parks on Sunday, because we will be new AP holders and Sunday is blacked out. The rest of our trip is weekdays, and I don't know what the parade, fantasmic and fireworks schedule will look like.
Also, Pirates and BB are going down on the 15th, unless something changes.

So...I was thinking there was likely to be some sort of parade on Saturday. Do you think they will have two of them, or just one?

I would like to fit in a parade, a quick dinner, dessert at BB(family Valentines Celebration), the fireworks.

I just can't decide what time to book the BB. Any suggestions? And should I book a PS for dinner too, and will they question my making two PS for the same day (I am not telling them just dessert at BB, for obvious reasons)

In case you would like to be in the parks on Sunday, you could always buy a normal ticket, go in on Sat, then on Sun upgrade to the AP. As a courtesy they let you have full access on the day you upgrade, even if it's a blocked out day. Then you'd have the AP for the rest of the trip.

I don't know about the PS, though. We have only done BB at opening time, b/c we like it then, so that's when we would do it.

The PS is made using your name (and phone number?) so if it really worried you to have two, and if you go with both in the evening, you could just have one of you call for one and the other call for the other, using a home phone and a cellphone number.

Just remember they aren't proper reservations, and especially on Valentine's day you're going to be waiting. So don't make them too close together.
