Strangest thing you've found at a DVC property

Since DVC accomodations are "homes away from home" I can see how many people would bring things that they might not normally bring to a simple hotel room. What's the strangest thing (if any) that you've come across?

We stayed at a GV in OKW and found a beer funnel stuffed into the drawer below the TV. It had about a 5 foot hose on it with a pretty big funnel on the other end. Oh, and it even came with beer still in it, which my nephew ended up getting all over himself when he pulled it out of the drawer (he was NOT happy).

Seems like the group before us had a good time... now that I think of it, I was wondering why the rug in the living room was shampooed.

but no one has been able to figure out the "oval" at BCV's.

Of course, BCV's also has it's own pet alligator, guess that could be considered strange.

I found complete happiness, just sitting at the dock at OKW for about an hour watching the sun go down. It was about 65 degrees, it was January, CT was having its worse winter in 100 years, and I was sitting at the dock, just happy to be alive and at OKW--a rare moment.

Hey KNWVIKING.. what does this refer to? Where's the oval?

Between the road and the BCV's, there is a concrete oval track, about 60 feet long,40 feet wide. After my nov trip,I posted a thread inquiring if anyone knew what it was. Basically we all guessed at what it WASN'T in several humurous ways,but no one ever found out for sure.

I am going to vote for the BCVs Gator. Coming from Michigan, it is a pretty unusual sight for us to see. We saw him (or her) this past Easter Sunday morning and again on Wednesday. There were a couple of men in a boat in the canal that day; I don't know if they were trying to catch him (or her) or not. I wonder if he (or she) will be there for me to see in June, Aug., and December, my next trips "home".

LOL! You've got to stop forgetting to take it with you. You can't always get the same GV, can you? One of these times you're gonna lose it for good!
