Strange problem with tickets in MDE

I just noticed something very odd in MDE. Under tickets and passes, I have three separate 2-day park tickets for someone I don't even know. We are annual passholders, so we don't even need park tickets. I haven't purchased any since the ones we used in April. The only tickets I should be seeing are MNSSHP and our APs. Anyone ever had this problem before? I'll have to call this evening and see what's going on. Very strange!

Calling would be the best option. Most likely, somebody called in and Disney support tied the tickets to the incorrect MDE. It is rare, but it does happen. I know the real owner of those tickets will be grateful that you called.

Sounds like someone with your same name is coming to Disney and something got jumbled up. I agree though, give Disney a call and let them know you're not you who bought these other tickets.

I don't think it's someone with my name. There's a name listed, and it's not mine or anyone in my family. I do intend to call, I just can't do it right now. Calling Disney seems like such an ordeal. I usually have to wait on hold for a very long time. Until I manage to find a block of time large enough for it, I thought I'd ask here to see if anyone has ever experienced anything like this before.

Oh, well then. If it's a completely different name, that's different.

Yes, just call. It may be an ordeal, but think about it, you're pixie dusting someone else in the process.... who knows, they may have a thread here on the DIS saying "where did my tickets go, they're not on my MDE!"

I have had this happen a few times in my MDE. Large family, many tickets due to free dining 2 day requirement while being AP holders . I just refreshed the page and it usually corrected itself immediately. Sometimes I had to log out but it always corrects itself.

Log out and back in. Likely just a data corruption issue caused by the internet. Or they're friends of friends that you're linked to.

Logging out and back in fixed it! Those mysterious extra tickets have disappeared. I was just about to call Disney. Glad I don't have to after all!

It's actually been happening a lot lately. I've seen quite a few post on FB from folks asking "Hey, what's these tickets in my account"
Not sure what's going on but like your situation, they went away as quickly as they appeared
