We are going down in September for just our second visit using the bands. I just opened the "My Account" tab to look around and was asked to update my password, which I did. All the other information was correct and did not need changing.
I immediately got a message with "Good News! Your Magic Bands had been shipped" which surprised me, being this far out from our visit. I then looked around some more and saw that under my name, there were three bands listed, with two of them being lost. My wife had two bands, one lost as did our son. We've never reported any bands as being lost. I do recall that when we checked in the last time, it took several attempts and visits to the front desk to get the room door to recognize the bands and perhaps that is in reference to that. But should our bands have already been shipped? I copied the tracking number into the USPS system and it showed nothing.
